   1. Choose two IR updates to revise. Copy them onto new documents for these revisions.
      1. VIDEO TIP Revise one paragraph to eliminate wordiness and make the writing more concise. Look for repetition, words or phrases that don't add anything to the meaning of the text, or shorter ways to say what you mean. 
      2. Revise one paragraph to remove any "be" verb-- am, is, are, was, were, be, been, being. Use more interesting verbs.
